If you see an item cheaper elsewhere ask yourself is that company:

• VAT registered
• a proper dealer with business premises & can they fit what they sell?
• able to provide support on the phone when you need it most?
• have staff who actually know what they are  talking about?

In the long run if we all buy at the lowest price, all the time, we will all end up dealing with useless businesses who locate call centres in the back of beyond and don't give a stuff about their customers. After all, there is no point saving a few pounds to find out you get the wrong goods, can't return them, can't speak to anyone, and then you wish you'd spent a bit more and dealt with a business that values your custom.

If we are miles out on price please call or email as it's rare anyone is priced much lower - if they are be suspicious as there simply are not big margins in this industry, so if their price is a lot lower it's either a mistake or a scam.

All our goods are brand new and all are shipped in full accordance with distance selling regulations. You can buy from us with confidence - if you are not happy with our service please see our terms page on your rights to cancel.

One last thing - we have a phrase "what price advice?"

How many times have you called companies where they don't understand their products or what you want to achieve? We listen to you - the customer, and try our best to ensure we give helpful advice when you want it. Even if this means recommending another supplier - we'd rather you left thinking something good about us, than fob you off with nonsense.

We've noticed a few new competitors on the market saying all sorts of things to try and solicit your business. Don't be swayed by these untruths. Check www.netcraft.com to see how long their website has been live. Do a Google Maps search on their office address to see that fitting area. e.g we saw recently on a company established for a matter of months claim "UK's Number 1 Dealer for X Brand" along with "vast stocks at hand" & "massive fitting area" with generic library photos we knew these claims weren't true - it is dishonest and tantamount to a con.
